Welcome to Actiondock247.live. By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Cancellation
All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
3. Resort Rules
Guests are expected to respect the natural environment. Littering, unauthorized fires, or damage to resort property (including our specialized lighting and glass installations) will result in immediate termination of stay and a fine.
4. Liability
Actiondock247 is not liable for personal injuries sustained during water activities (kayaking, swimming, fishing) or forest walks. Guests participate in all experiences at their own risk.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
